A name or case number entered into a search box is sent directly to the outside company operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its result. Wabash County Court Docket does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.

An email may be retained as needed to answer it. Messages remain within the organization unless disclosure is required by a valid legal obligation.

Wabash County Court Docket does not host, maintain, compile, or sell a database of case records or personal docket information. It publishes general directions to Indiana MyCase, Wabash Circuit Court, Wabash Superior Court, and the Clerk of the Circuit and Superior Courts. The site is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report or a record about another person.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes. Their privacy policies, retention periods, and sharing terms govern any information submitted to them. Those practices are outside this site's control, so review the provider's policy before using its search.
